Norfolk County Council have sent us advanced warning that the junction of Railway Road and Austin Street in King's Lynn (between the Royal Mail sorting office, Austin House and Lidl) will have lane closures and temporary lights manually-operated 7am-7pm from 16 January 2017 for up to 4 weeks while they replace 20-year-old traffic lights and bring the junction up to standard.
